If you battery is currently reading 0V, then the fuse in the battery has been blown. This is only factory serviceable. You will need to get a replacement battery or get your battery serviced through an authorized reseller.
Do not attempt to replace the fuse. The battery is a certified assembly and can only be serviced by an authorized repair centre.
